When do figures ship?

Wave 1 is estimated to ship December 2027 and includes Seiko, Delta, Evilface, and Night Owl. Subsequent waves follow as production on each group is completed. Please plan for approximately 2 years for full fulfillment, this is standard for a production run of this scale and we want to be fully transparent about the timeline upfront. We will send regular updates through Kickstarter and BackerKit throughout the entire production and fulfillment process.

Shipping is not collected during the Kickstarter campaign. All backers will be invoiced for shipping through BackerKit after the campaign ends. Shipping costs vary by location and tier.

VIP tier backers receive free wave shipping, no shipping charge at any point.

All other US backers will be charged shipping per wave as each shipment goes out, or once for the full order if you select the all-at-once option.

International backers will be charged shipping once for their complete order. International backers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. Wave shipping is currently US only, international backers who want wave shipping can request it in their BackerKit survey and we will open it if there is sufficient demand.

What is wave shipping and how does it work?

Wave shipping means your figures and bonus items ship in groups as they are produced rather than waiting for the entire roster to complete before anything goes out. There are an estimated 6 waves covering figures and bonus items across the full campaign.

When you complete your BackerKit survey after the campaign ends you will have two options: WAVE SHIPPING - figures and items ship as each wave is produced. You receive things sooner but your order arrives in multiple shipments over time. ALL AT ONCE - everything ships together in one shipment once all waves are complete.

Important: Regardless of which option you choose, please expect the full fulfillment process to take approximately 2 years. Wave shipping gets figures in your hands sooner but the final wave will still arrive around the same time whether you choose wave or all at once.

Wave shipping is available to US backers only. International backers will receive their entire order in one shipment when fulfillment is complete. If there is enough demand from international backers we may open wave shipping internationally, let us know in your BackerKit survey.

What happens if a stretch goal isn't reached?

Only figures and bonus items from goals that are fully funded will be produced and shipped. If a stretch goal is not reached that figure will not be produced. If you backed a tier that included an unproduced figure you may exchange it for any unlocked figure of equal value. You will never be charged for something that wasn’t produced.

Can I change my pledge?

Yes, you can change your pledge at any time during the campaign by logging into Kickstarter and editing your backing. After the campaign ends BackerKit will send you a survey where you can make final selections, add add-ons, and confirm your shipping address. Any adjustments to your order will be handled there.

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is the pledge management platform we use after the campaign ends. Once the campaign closes every backer receives a BackerKit survey via email. This is where you confirm your shipping address, make your figure selections (for choice-based tiers), add any available add-ons, and pay for shipping. BackerKit is separate from Kickstarter, keep an eye on your email after the campaign ends so you don’t miss your survey.

Do I need to add anything if I'm an All-In backer?

No. Every figure and bonus item that unlocks through a stretch goal is automatically included in your All-In pledge. You don’t need to take any action when a goal is reached, it’s already yours. This includes secret stretch goals. All-In, Nexus Collection, and Double All-In backers automatically receive the first three secret stretch goal rewards as they unlock. The fourth and final secret stretch goal is available as a premium add-on through BackerKit for all backers at an additional cost. The only other reason to use add-ons is if you want extras beyond what’s already in your tier, additional figures, merch, or other items. Your BackerKit survey will be used to confirm your shipping address and figure selections only.

Are figures compatible with other 3.75" lines?

Yes. Rise of Nexus Arena figures are built on the classic O-ring construction used by 3.75” lines like G.I. Joe. They are fully compatible with other 1:18 scale O-ring figures and accessories. Weapons and gear are interchangeable across compatible lines making Rise of Nexus Arena a natural addition to any existing 3.75” collection.

What is the Seiko in Horai collaboration and who is it with?

Seiko in Horai is a limited edition 3.75” O-ring figure produced in collaboration with Whiskey Jack Toys, ChadMatted, and the Legends of the Hidden Force universe, a fan-favorite original action figure line in the collector community that shares the same love for the 3.75” O-ring format that Rise of Nexus was built on. This figure tells the story of Sean Cruz before Iron Veil, before the Nexus Arena, before the world ended. Taken in by the Seichi Clan in the hidden valley of Horai, he trained alongside Shinobi, a Legends of the Hidden Force operative, and the two weapons traditions collided. Shinobi’s Ninjatō precision met Sean’s firearm instincts. What emerged between them, the world would eventually call Gun-Kata. Seiko in Horai includes the figure, one Ninjatō accessory, and two bonus Arena mask and head variants on a custom blister card. It unlocks exclusively at Stretch Goal #9 ($125,000) alongside the Rise of Nexus Arena tabletop game. This is a limited production run. Once this run sells out, Seiko in Horai will not be reproduced in this form again.

Why are Add-ons Delta and Phantom mislabeled?

It was brought to our attention that add-ons for both Phantom and Delta read as Seiko. We understand this may be confusing but we want to ensure that everything on our end reads correctly. If you have any concerns or need reassurance, please free to message us. Unfortunately we cannot change this now that the campaign has launched as that feature is disabled.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
